The Parcel Map Viewer delivers a service specifically designed to
generate comparable market analysis (CMA) reports. CMA reports can be created in a few short minutes
and these reports can be
printed out as a company product tailored with
individual office specifications.
Comparable sales are
identified by capturing sales of similar
property types within a user specified
geographic radius. Sales are extracted from
current and accurately geo-referenced data of
recorded and registered deed transactions obtained directly
from the County Registry of Deeds.
The Parcel Map Viewer can also be used to
review and access municipal assessing data to
determine property specific details such as:
owner name, owner address, assessed property value,
land area, finished interior square footage,
gross unit or building square footage,
number of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens,
fireplaces, central air and heating systems,
etc.
